I will verify your identity and complete the appropriate notarial act based on the document and the notarial certificate provided.

Appointments are recommended so I can make sure I have time available for your notarization.

Mobile and other services may require advance scheduling. You can use the Book an Appointment link to select an available time.

I can notarize documents when the notarization meets Arizona's requirements and the document contains an appropriate notarial certificate.

Common examples may include powers of attorney, affidavits, acknowledgments, real estate documents, business documents, and certain personal documents.

A notary does not determine whether a document is legally appropriate or valid.

A mobile notary travels to an agreed-upon location to provide notarial services.

Mobile appointments may be available at your home, office, facility, or another convenient location, depending on scheduling and service-area availability.

Remote Online Notarization allows you to meet with an authorized notary through audio-video technology over the internet instead of meeting in person.

Arizona requires the signer’s identity to be verified and other requirements to be completed before the remote notarization can take place.

Yes. Loan signing services are available for qualifying real estate transactions, including home purchases, refinances, and other loan-related signings.

My goal is to provide a professional and organized signing experience while helping make the signing process convenient for the borrower.

As a notary signing agent, I can help facilitate the signing process and point out where documents require signatures, initials, or other required information.

However, I cannot provide legal, financial, or lending advice or explain the terms or consequences of your loan. Questions about your loan should be directed to your lender, escrow officer, title company, or appropriate professional.

Notarial fees are subject to Arizona law and applicable state rules. Arizona currently permits notaries to charge up to $10 per notarial act, depending on the type of act. Additional fees may apply for services such as travel or other permitted services.

Your total appointment cost will be discussed before the appointment whenever possible.

I'm happy to explain the notarization process, but I cannot provide legal advice, determine which legal documents you need, or prepare legal documents for you.

That's okay. If your document does not include a notarial certificate, please let me know before the appointment.

Arizona law allows a notarial certificate to be attached to the document when appropriate. However, the signer must determine which type of notarization they are requesting. As a notary, I cannot choose the notarial act for you when doing so would require me to determine the legal effect or purpose of your document.

If you are unsure which type of notarization your document requires, please contact the document's preparer, attorney, lender, title company, or other appropriate professional before your appointment.

Please do not sign your document before your appointment unless you have been specifically instructed to do so.
